Vehicle Conquest
You can conquer the corresponding Vehicle Conquest.
This will give you one of several possible special vehicles.
The won special vehicle will be placed in your garage, where you can park out and use it regularly.
Note: Special vehicles are not bound to a faction and can be used by all factions (Civilian / Cop / Rebel / Tech).
